Drawing on Irish techniques, it is distilled from a mash of malt and unmalted barley using stainless steel pot stills. The spirit is then matured in new American white oak and bourbon casks, inspired by bourbon aging practices. It features a deep amber color, aromas of butter sand, apricot, and plum compote, followed by a bold and rich palate of madeleine, oak, and mandarin orange with a hint of saltiness. The finish is long and gently sweet with notes of vanilla and dried ginger.
