color: #333333;\"\u003eCrafted by Koten Shuzo in Nagano Prefecture Koten Junmai Muroka Genshu Namazake R is a low alcohol unpasteurized and undiluted sake brewed with 100 percent Hitogokochi rice from Yaehara. The rice is polished to 49 percent for the koji and 59 percent for the kake rice. Brewed with Nagano R yeast known for producing abundant malic acid it features a Sake Meter Value of minus 18 and an acidity of 3.4 resulting in a rich sweetness and firm acidity. Despite being an unfiltered genshu its low alcohol content of 13 percent provides a remarkably gentle mouthfeel while maintaining a solid core of flavor. The elegant sweet and sour balance derived from the malic acid makes this sake very gentle on the body offering a soothing and comforting drinking experience.
