Part of the Star series which aims to shine brightly in the sake world it is made entirely with sake rice grown in Kashiwazaki City. It features a fruity and milky aroma reminiscent of strawberry shortcake and banana with a hint of menthol. On the palate it offers a viscous texture with a honey like sweetness that is beautifully balanced by a refreshing acidity resulting in a surprisingly light finish. We highly recommend enjoying it well chilled.
