本品は食用米として広く親しまれている山形県産「はえぬき」を100％使用して醸された純米吟醸酒です。雑味を感じさせない非常にクリーンな仕上がりで、夏の暑い日にも軽やかに喉を潤す、スッキリとした飲み口が大きな魅力です。

The second release in the limited-edition summer "STARS" series. This Junmai Ginjo is crafted using 100% Yamagata-grown "Haenuki" rice, a variety typically enjoyed as table rice. It offers a clean, crisp mouthfeel free from any off-flavors, making it a perfect companion for the summer season.
