In the local area of Shiraishi Sake Brewery, there are many fields that have been abandoned due to the aging of farmers.
We are currently working on renting these lands, cultivating them as fields, and growing sweet potatoes.
This time, we will be visiting the Nafuku area, which is Shiraishi Sake Brewery's own field where cultivation began last year.
Please enjoy the different flavors of sweet potatoes from each region.
