- Can I cancel my order?
We cannot accept cancellations after shipment. If you wish to cancel, please contact us by phone.
- How long will it take to deliver after I place my order?
After placing your order, it will be delivered within 2 to 7 days. However, orders placed before holidays, during busy periods such as Obon and the New Year holidays, or for special products such as barreled sake, or for large orders, delivery may take longer. If you would like to specify a delivery date, please place your order at least one week before the intended arrival date.
