It has the soft, mellow taste characteristic of Seikou Uyoku, with a gentle, rich sweetness of sweet potato that spreads gently through the mouth. The regular product and the earthenware jar-brewed product have completely different flavors, so even the same product can broaden your shochu horizons! Try it mixed with hot water.
