OSUZU GIN [Cacao & Muscat]

We've collaborated with CHOCOLATE BANK, run by Kamakura chocolate maker MAISON CACAO, to create a new gin with cacao as the main botanical. The cacao we sourced from CHOCOLATE BANK is steeped in a Yamazaru-based spirit, due to the excellent aromatic compatibility, and by adding Muscat grapes, we further enhance the luxurious aroma of the cacao. Other botanicals include Yamaneko-based spirits blended with Yamato Tachibana, juniper, and sakaki, all grown and harvested in our own fields on Mount Osuzume, to create a fragrant gin. It's recommended as a drink with food when mixed with soda or tonic. Of course, it can also be used in cocktails!
