Just like the original Osuzu Gin, this spirit is based on Yamaneko (Japanese wild cat) and is generously made with organic kumquats from Miyazaki Prefecture. Other botanicals are simply juniper, Japanese pepper, and ginger, which complement the main ingredient, kumquat. Mixed with soda or tonic, it is recommended as a drink with food. Of course, it can also be used in cocktails!

「中々」や「㐂六」で有名な黒木本店が1998年に建てた別蔵であり、より良い環境を求め、宮崎県高鍋町の山の中に建てられました。
小丸川上流の上質な軟水を使用、そして徹底したテロワールにこだわっています。
その一つが「甦る大地の会」
系列の農業法人であり、焼酎に使用される芋や米、ウイスキーの原料の大麦などを自社畑で栽培しています。
また、蒸溜廃液を有機肥料としてリサイクルするなど、自然に寄り添った「自然循環農法」なども行っています。
こちらで造られているのは、山ねこ、山猿、山翡翠、Osuzu Gin、Whiskyなど、、焼酎の伝統をベースにしながらも「新しい蒸留酒」に挑戦されています。
