This atmospherically distilled naked barley shochu is full of flavor, made with naked barley (six-row barley) harvested in the Usa Plain in Oita Prefecture, where the brewery is located! Naked barley is affectionately called "bozu mugi" or "dochu," hence the name. The carefully brewed dochu has a fragrant, sweet aroma reminiscent of barley chocolate. Drinking it straight creates a melting taste. Enjoy it on the rocks for a crisp finish, or mix it with hot water to savor the aroma and relax with a drink in the evening!

Tonotokuya Sake Brewery

創業明治40年。昭和59年に近隣の蔵3社と協業を開始しました。この時期から焼酎蔵へと生まれ変わりました。その協業から完全に独立し、「㈲常徳屋酒造場」として1本立ちしたのが、平成15年のことです。100年の歴史をもちながらも、「第2の創業」としてスタートしたばかりです。
