The theme is a blend of the sweetest and driest raw spirits in Kaze no Mori's history.
Two different types of raw spirits are brewed and blended to suit the drinker's taste.
This time, ALPHA7 uses Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture with the same polishing ratio.
