S Wind Forest First Edition has finally been released. The S in S Kaze no Mori stands for "Satoyama Scene Sanroku," and is an initiative in which sake breweries, farmers, sake shops, and consumers coexist in a circle to "connect Satoyama to the future for 100 years." The Akitsuho rice for this S Kaze no Mori First Edition was purchased by a partner liquor store as a participation right for the 2023 harvest of the Kaze no Mori Satoyama Community. Kagoya Akimoto Shoten also participated in this project. This First Edition comes in a color inspired by the golden color of rice ears, and has a flavor that embodies that image. Please enjoy it and let's continue to make sake for the next 100 years.
