OSUZU GIN [Cacao]

We've created a new gin with cacao, sourced from MAISON CACAO, a chocolate maker in Kamakura, as the main botanical! We infused cacao into a spirit based on the barley shochu Yamazaru, and then blended it with a spirit based on Yamaneko, along with Yamato Tachibana, juniper, and sakaki, all grown in our own fields, to create a fragrant gin. It's recommended as a drink with food when mixed with soda or tonic. Of course, it can also be used in cocktails!
