It has the fragrant and gentle taste that only handmade shochu can offer. This shochu was first created as an original brand by Nakamura Toshiharu, the fifth-generation owner of Nakamura Brewery. The name comes from the fact that "it's the kind of shochu that would make a hermit be drawn in by the smell of shochu in the jar and want to drink it right away."
