The unfiltered version of Fujisai has arrived! When poured into a glass, the fragrant aroma of roasted sweet potato and cocoa gently spreads. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness and rich flavor of steamed sweet potato and chestnut, as well as a sharp, crisp finish. The normal alcohol content is 25%, but by increasing the alcohol content to 30%, it has a rich, full-bodied flavor. Mixing it with hot water softens it and allows you to enjoy the sweetness even more!
