高知県安芸郡安田町に蔵を構える南酒造場は、明治二年創業の歴史ある酒蔵です。
地元で長く親しまれてきた銘柄「玉の井」を中心に、地域に根ざした酒造りを続けてきました。
年間生産量は約350石と小規模ながら、その分だけ品質を徹底的に追求する姿勢が際立つ蔵元です。

現在の看板銘柄である「南」は、蔵の新しい挑戦として生まれたブランドで、すべて精米歩合60％以上の特定名称酒で構成されています。
