Made with Oita's new barley variety, "Toyonohoshi."
After distillation, the liquid is immediately diluted with water without removing the oil, resulting in a cloudy, nutty aroma (from fusel oil).
This is a rich, full-bodied barley shochu with a flavor unlike any you've ever experienced before.
The taste also changes when exposed to air, so please enjoy the different flavors.

創業明治40年。昭和59年に近隣の蔵3社と協業を開始しました。この時期から焼酎蔵へと生まれ変わりました。その協業から完全に独立し、「㈲常徳屋酒造場」として1本立ちしたのが、平成15年のことです。100年の歴史をもちながらも、「第2の創業」としてスタートしたばかりです。
