Nagagumo Ichibanbashi 30°

This shochu is characterized by its enhanced brown sugar flavor. While traditionally, the fragrant aroma would inevitably dissipate during the processing stage, Nagagumo Ichibanbashi is designed to contain the brown sugar aroma, resulting in a more authentic brown sugar flavor. The name "Ichibanbashi" comes from the fact that Yamada Shuzo, the brewery's birthplace, was located at the foot of Ichibanbashi Bridge. Ichibanbashi was the name of the first bridge at Honcha Pass in the Nagagumo Mountains. It was a wooden bridge, and now it's gone, with no trace of it remaining. However, climbing the stream reveals clear streams, waterfalls, and subtropical virgin forests, a place that is said to be soothing to both body and soul. Nagagumo Ichibanbashi is sure to be a shochu that soothes the drinker's mind and body.
