This dry type is rare for Eiko Fuji, and is made using "Dewa no Sato," a rare rice variety from Yamagata Prefecture that is ideal for sake brewing.
Although it is only 80% polished, it is a pure rice sake with a clean, crisp taste and is recommended as a drink to enjoy with meals.
