YAMADAICHI [One] Golden Sengan

This is the first year-round product in the Yamadaiichi series with an alcohol content of 25%.
"One" is the beginning of the brand. It is the taste we wanted to release when we launched the Yamadaiichi brand, and it is a shochu that can be said to be the standard taste of the brand.
Without trying to be eccentric, we stick to the basics and make good koji, carefully select and wash the sweet potatoes, and utilize the power of the brewery's own microorganisms to ferment in Japanese jars, then distill using atmospheric pressure and direct heating. The master brewer and all the brewery workers check, select, and use the best raw sake of the year. The taste is old-fashioned and nostalgic, yet somehow new.
It has a rich sweetness with a sweet aroma reminiscent of dried sweet potato and chestnut, and a gentle green citrus aroma. The aftertaste of sweet potato lingers just right.
