Niidashi Prefecture Nigori

This is a cloudy sake brewed using the brewery's own yeast, with no added yeast.
By grinding the moromi in an old-fashioned stone mill, we create a rich, pure white nigori sake.
Just as it looks, it is smooth, gentle, and melts in your mouth, giving it a taste reminiscent of the first snow of the year.
