商品説明

This is a "bio" sake made using only organic rice and using the natural fermentation method, which does not use any additives. As the name suggests, it has a moderate ginjo aroma reminiscent of ripe melon. Juicy sweetness and soft acidity from the raw moto. Because it is directly drawn, there is a strong gassy feeling due to fermentation. It's very refreshing when first opened! If you leave it for a while, it will become soft and have a rich flavor. This is a watch that you can enjoy changing over time. ※ "3.33" is the combination of the "3" from the three-stage brewing process and the unique "four-stage brewing method" handed down in the brewery. The amount of rice used in the fourth stage of brewing is 1/3 (=0.33) of the usual amount, It is expressed as "3.33". Raw material rice: Gohyakumangoku/Toyonishiki (60) Sake level not disclosed Acid level not disclosed
