"Homerun Makkori" is a new type of cloudy sake that you can enjoy. This domestically produced makgeolli is made by a sake brewery in Yamagata, a rice-growing region where soft water flows from the Dewa Sanzan mountains. The umami of the rice, which is neither sweet nor sour, and the sweet and sour taste of the moromi go perfectly with fatty dishes like grilled meat and grilled offal!
