Glory Fuji Junmai Nama Genshu Origarami Akatsuki no Tsubasa

This is a limited edition sake available only once a year in early spring, a white "origarami" sake that will make you look forward to spring.
It's a well-balanced sake with a sharp taste that you wouldn't expect from a sake with a sake meter value of -11. It's recommended for sushi and sashimi.
