In the local area of Shiraishi Brewery, farmers are aging.
There are many abandoned farmlands.
We rented these lands and cultivated the fields.
We are working on growing sweet potatoes.
The Ikenohara area is located at the highest altitude of our own fields,
The soil is clayey and frost-resistant.
Please enjoy the different flavors of sweet potatoes from each region.

創業は明治27年、家族で焼酎造りを続けています。焼酎造りだけにとどまらず、原料の芋も自社の畑で育てるなどこだわり抜いた造り手です。「無農薬、無肥料の自家栽培芋へのこだわり」白石酒造さんの地元では農家の高齢化が進み、耕作放棄地となっている畑が数多くあります。白石酒造さんは、土地の持ち主の方々にご理解とご協力をいただき、これらの土地をお借りして畑を開墾し、さつま芋を作る取り組みを行っています。
